you make sure they are all logged, answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Proficient in the local language and culture of your clients, you may also be called upon for translations and related issues.
In order to minimize credit risk you also proactively support sales and customers in case of outstanding payments, the follow-up of invoicing issues, local tax issues etc.
Profiel Profile Fluent in Slovak and Czech Proficiency in English to communicate with your team and internal stakeholders.
Every other Eastern (or Western) European language is a big plus.
Ideally you already have experience in CustomerService or related fields. Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit handling Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
High sense of accountability and customer-centric approach.
